- £145 per night Sunday-Thursday
- £165 per night Friday & Saturday
DEPOSITS
All bookings require a deposit.
- This is £50 for a 2 night stay, £75 for 3 night stay and £100 for 4 or more night stay.
- This is to be paid separately on invoice emailed from the host.
PETS
We could consider pets in our accommodation at our discretion and with an extra deposit payable as per negotiation with the host.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- We charge a one off admin fee of £15 to cover costs for any cancellation at any time. Unless you move the dates, with 3 or more weeks notice, there is no fee.
- Full refund (minus the £15) if cancelling more than 28 days before arrival – no questions asked.
- Half fees charged if cancelled within 28 days to 15 days.
- No refund 14 days or less.
- Full refund if governmental policy means they can not stay in self catering accommodation.
- Full refund if one of the party (must be named person on the booking) able to provide a positive covid test evidence.

LOCATED IN BARROW-IN-FURNESS, CUMBRIA
This lovely, newly refurbished 5 bedroom house is based in a very central location, near to The Forum, surrounded by restaurants and a range of takeaway providers. The high street is 2 minutes walk away.
All bedrooms are fully furnished with a tv. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and tea, coffee, milk, bread and spreads will be provided for breakfast on each day of your stay.
